Job description
Baylor Scott & White Health in Irving, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to coordinate patient care using the nursing process, assess patients, identify diagnoses, develop and implement a plan of care, and evaluate outcomes in 24x7 inpatient and outpatient settings.
The RN will delegate tasks, participate in quality improvement, ensure safety, collaborate with the care team, and maintain documentation while upholding the Texas Nursing Practice Act.
