Job description
The Registered Nurse (RN) at Good Samaritan Lakota Ctr provides individualized nursing care using the nursing process, collaborating with residents, families, and an inter-disciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.
You will coordinate resident assessment, education, and interventions across all phases of care; may serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff.
