Job description
Fisher-Titus is seeking a Medical/Surgical RN to provide goal-directed nursing care using the nursing process and primary nursing principles. You will assess patients, develop and communicate care plans, and deliver care with compassion and teamwork.
The role requires an Associate Degree in Nursing, RN license, CPR certification, and availability for full-time night shifts (7p–7a). The hospital offers a strong benefits package including medical, dental, 401(k) match, and paid time off.
