Job description
Swain Community Hospital, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the 14-bed Med/Surg unit on a 3x12 night shift. You will assess patients, implement interventions, and participate in interdisciplinary care with a 6:1 nursing ratio.
New grad RN may earn a $10,000 sign-on bonus; experienced RNs may reach $20,000 with a 2-year commitment. Requires NC RN license and ACLS/PALS within stated timelines.
