Job description
Holland Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for the MedSurg/4West unit (16-bed) in Holland, MI. The role supports adult patients with GI, endocrine, renal, hematologic, and oncologic issues, with cross training potential to Pediatrics 5W.
You will coordinate patient-centered care, teach patients and families, and lead in collaboration with the healthcare team. The position offers a night shift (7:00 pm–7:30 am), full-time schedule (72 hours every two weeks), and a $5,000 retention bonus.
