Job description
Baptist is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for the MedSurg unit on the 5S Nights shift in Jackson, MS. The role provides direct and indirect patient care, collaborates with physicians and the multidisciplinary team, and supports patient education and safe care practices.
The RN will assess patients, administer medications, and participate in discharge planning while upholding nursing standards, empathy, and quality outcomes for diverse patient populations.
