Job description

BayCare Health System is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Med/Surg Observation Unit at South Florida Baptist Hospital in Plant City. The RN provides direct patient care in a hospital setting, collaborates with the interdisciplinary team, and ensures safe, high-quality outcomes for observation patients.

The position requires active RN licensure, BLS certification, and at least 6 months of acute care experience, with an ADN. Shift: Nights; Location: Plant City, FL.
