Job description
Sanford Health, including Good Samaritan in Waconia, seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to apply the nursing process to deliver individualized resident care. You will collaborate with residents, families and a multidisciplinary team to plan and implement care.
The RN will coordinate assessments and education, perform nursing interventions, and may serve as charge nurse, delegating tasks within the team to ensure safe, reliable care across shifts.
