Job description
Mercyhealth Hospital and Trauma Center in Janesville, WI is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Ortho/Neuro unit on nights. You will provide patient-centered care using the nursing process, administer medications, document assessments, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote safety and quality of care.
Requirements include ADN with BSN preferred, Wisconsin RN license, CPR/BLS within 90 days, and unit-specific certifications as needed.
