Job description
Banner Health is seeking an experienced registered nurse to join the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) team in Colorado. This night-shift role supports high-acuity patients with 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratios on a 30-bed unit, delivering skilled monitoring and collaborative care in a fast-paced environment.
You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care, using evidence-based practices and working closely with physicians, therapists, and the care team.
