Job description
Virtua Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Progressive Care Unit in Marlton (Rt 73 and Brick Road). This full-time night shift (12-hour) position supports patient care through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation in a dynamic clinical setting.
You will collaborate with the health care team, educate patients and families, adhere to safety protocols, and participate in performance improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality outcomes.
