Job description
Wellstar is offering a Nurse Residency opportunity for new graduate RNs who will participate in a 12-month program designed to support transition to professional practice. The role is night shift, with a strong emphasis on patient-centered care and interdisciplinary teamwork in a busy clinical unit.
Candidates must hold an RN license in Georgia and be prepared to complete the Nurse Residency Program, supported by unit leaders, educators, and preceptors to ensure safe, high-quality patient care
