Oklahoma Children’s Hospital OU Health is seeking an RN Resident for the Post Trauma/Ortho Unit (5 South) at University of Oklahoma Medical Center. This full-time night position involves caring for TICU-admit patients, orthopedic surgeries, and post-operative care in a fast-paced environment.
RN I level supports new graduates, with Fall + Spring Nurse Residency opportunities, sign-on bonus up to $5,000, student loan repayment up to $25,000, and relocation assistance for moves over 100 miles.
