Job description
Westchester Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing in Mount Vernon, NY is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for the Night Shift. This full-time role covers 12AM-8AM with alternating weekends, leading the nursing team and ensuring high-quality patient care on the Night Shift.
You will develop and implement individualized care plans, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and mentor staff while maintaining accurate records in line with regulatory requirements.
