Job description
Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a Clinical Unit Leader for the 2N Telemetry Unit at St. Mary’s Hospital, working the night shift. The Lead RN/Charge Nurse coordinates patient care, guides staff, and ensures a safe, high-quality environment while optimizing resources.
Responsibilities include adjusting schedules, supervising staff, promoting patient safety, and facilitating interprofessional communication. RN license and BLS are required, BSN preferred depending on unit.
