Job description
Synovus Bank is seeking a Security Systems Specialist to monitor, manage, and respond to security events across 400+ locations. You will work in a fast-paced SOC, handling multiple security systems while delivering professional customer service.
The role requires overnight shifts, collaboration with a 3-person team, and potential transfer to day shifts based on seniority. Prior dispatch or SOC experience is highly preferred.
