Job description
Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in Chantilly, VA is seeking a Specimen Processing Group Lead to supervise 8–12 technicians on the night shift (Tuesday–Saturday, 8:00 PM–4:30 AM).
The role coordinates scheduling, ensures performance and safety, participates in audits, trains staff, resolves problems, and helps manage workload to meet department goals. Internal candidates preferred; strong leadership and communication are essential.
