Job description
Fisher-Titus in Norwalk, OH is seeking a Registered Nurse to manage individualized, goal-directed nursing care using the nursing process in accordance with hospital policies. This role requires graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current RN licensure, with BLS; ACLS/PALS are preferred or will be completed within the first year.
Key duties include assessing patient and family needs, developing care plans in collaboration with patients, implementing care, and documenting outcomes
