Job description
Panera LLC is seeking an Overnight Team Manager at Long Island Jewish Hospital to lead shifts, coach team members, and uphold Panera's guest experience standards. You’ll participate in hiring, train staff on food safety, and help build a culture of warmth, belonging and growth in a fast-paced bakery-cafe environment.
The role requires 18+ years of age, 1+ year restaurant management experience, ServSafe certification or ability to obtain it, and flexible hours including nights and weekends.
