Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in St. Louis, Missouri. This assignment runs 13 weeks with a 36-hour week and 12-hour night shifts, starting 10/19/2026.
The role involves direct patient care in a medical-surgical and telemetry unit, with float to similar or lower acuity units as needed and collaboration with other departments to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This position is a travel assignment with Cross Country Nurses.
