Job description
NextCare is hiring a full-time Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner for nights in Chandler, AZ. The position offers three 12-hour shifts per week, with clinic hours 8:00 AM to Midnight and rotating weekends.
You’ll work with experienced clinical teams in a fast-paced urgent care, enjoy strong mentorship, and participate in a schedule designed for work–life balance, including no after-hours tasks and a competitive $60–$80 hourly pay plus a monthly bonus and night differential.
