Job description
Chapters Health System is seeking a Nights & Weekends RN for per diem/home health assignments in Falls Church, VA. The role involves visiting patients with emergent needs, leading nursing care within the IDG, and coordinating plans of care across hospice and facility settings.
The ideal candidate holds an RN license in the state, BLS certification, 1+ year of hospice or inpatient nursing, and EMR experience.
