About This Role
The Nightingale RN position at Cleveland Clinic Fairview Hospital involves providing comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in Med/Surg and Telemetry Units. This role is ideal for experienced RNs looking to leverage their skills and mentor newer nurses.

What You'll Do
Assess patients; complete nursing assessments and document findings.
Establish care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Coordinate ongoing care and facilitate discharge planning.
Provide telephone triage and participate in call rotations.
Perform nursing procedures and treatments as directed by physicians.
Evaluate and maintain standards of care consistent with CCHS policies.
Assist with specialized patient care equipment as required.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
Direct and supervise nursing care provided to patients.
Serve as charge nurse when assigned to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements
Education
Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing
BSN preferred
Experience
3 years of experience in an RN HOPS position at Cleveland Clinic immediately prior to retirement
Licenses & Certifications
Current RN License in Ohio
BLS certification required
ACLS certification required in areas performing moderate sedation procedures
