nPay Range: $27-$35 flat rate. Must have at least 2 years of dealership service experience to be considered. Pay range depends on your skills at the time of hire.
nSchedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. To be successful in this role, you will be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak business periods and important opportunities for maximizing earnings.
nDepartment Hours: 7:30 am to 6 pm Monday-Friday and 8 am to 4 pm Saturday, closed on Sunday.
nThis position is located onsite in Eugene OR and reports to Fixed Operations Director Jimmy Schaberg.

nnnPerform inspections and reconditioning on pre-owned vehicles
n
nnDiagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues to ensure reliability and safety
n
nnDocument repair procedures and recommendations
n
nnCollaborate with service advisors, parts department, and management
n
nnEnsure all work meets manufacturer and dealership quality standards
