Physical Therapy AssistantWe are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a license in NJ and be willing to work in an outpatient setting.Responsibilities:Conduct assessments to evaluate patients' physical conditions and needsDevelop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment and goalsImplement therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniquesEducate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercisesMonitor and document patient progressCollaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive careMonitor patient progress regularly and modify treatment plans as necessary to achieve therapeutic goals and outcomesMaintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient evaluations, treatment sessions, progress notes, and discharge summaries in compliance with regulatory standards and company policiesSkills:Proficiency in outpatient physical therapyStrong knowledge of anatomy and physiologyFamiliarity with medical terminologyExperience in manual therapyAbility to work with pediatric patientsExcellent patient care skillsIf you are a compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant with a passion for helping others regain their mobility and improve their quality of life, we encourage you to apply.
