Job description
Envision is seeking a skilled CRNA to join our team at HCA Florida Fort Walton-Destin Hospital on Florida’s Emerald Coast. This is a no‑call position with five 8‑hour shifts per week, one Saturday per month, and one holiday per year. It offers a predictable day‑based schedule with no nights, top‑tier pay, an excellent PTO package, and a strong benefits package including CME, 401(k), licensure assistance, and paid malpractice with tail coverage.

$100,000 annual salary
Start‑date bonus, 8‑week paid time off, annual retention bonus, relocation bonus, and Florida licensure support
Practice Details
Care team model with 9 anesthesiologists and 25 CRNAs in 12 operating rooms. Broad case mix includes:
Vascular, Orthopedic, Neuro, Trauma, ENT, GYN, OB (non‑high risk)
Cardiothoracic (Heart & Valve), Thoracic, Robotic, Plastics, GI, EP, MRI, CT, Cath Lab, Bronch Lab, Healthy Peds, and more

HCA Florida Fort Walton‑Destin Hospital is a 330‑bed acute‑care facility and the region’s only Level II Trauma Center. It offers advanced surgical services across specialties, a state‑of‑the‑art operating room suite, a dedicated cardiovascular OR team, comprehensive surgical recovery unit, main and pediatric ERs, Express ER, a Primary Stroke Center, inpatient rehabilitation, and behavioral health services. The hospital’s open‑heart surgical program is highly regarded and it is equipped with an Accredited Chest Pain Center and full cardiac services suite.
