Job description
Pediatrics opportunity in Southern Georgia with $350K + earning potential including base salary, RVU bonuses, loan forgiveness, sign-on and relocation assistance, and a 4-day workweek with no call. Practice details include:
Multi-Specialty Group Employee
Highly competitive base salary with WRVU production incentives
Opportunity to earn approximately $350,000 annually based on patient volume
Loan forgiveness available through a PSLF-qualified facility
Signing bonus available
Full relocation assistance available, including up to $20,000 or actual moving expenses
100% outpatient Pediatrics position
No call responsibilities
Highly desirable 4-day workweek
160 hours of PTO
9 paid holidays
One week of CME plus up to $5,000 annual CME allowance
401(k) with employer match up to 3%
Short-term and long-term disability coverage
Additional ancillary income supervising Nurse Practitioners at $1,500 per provider per month, with earning potential up to $100,000 annually
Optional nursery rounding available for additional compensation
No NICU responsibilities
Hospital-employed position within an established multi-specialty group
Board Certified or Board Eligible Pediatricians encouraged to apply
Teaching opportunities with medical students and residents available but not required
Established patient base in a community-focused practice
