Your role is the conversation that follows — by phone or Zoom — backed by full training and ongoing mentorship, and supported by access to more than 60 carrier partnerships so you're never limited to one product regardless of client fit.What Support Actually Looks LikeNew agents start with fundamentals: how life insurance products work, how to have a natural client conversation, and how to handle the objections and questions that come up regularly. A mentor is available through your first live calls and beyond, so you're never navigating a difficult conversation entirely alone.Earning PotentialCommission-only, uncapped earning structure: $800 to $1,200 average per sale.
