This isn't a crash course — it's an actual onboarding pipeline built around people starting from zero.The Leads You'll WorkEvery single lead is warm — inbound or outbound, but always someone who already requested information about life insurance coverage. Cold calling isn't part of this role at any stage. You'll work these leads by phone and Zoom, matching clients to appropriate coverage using our access to 60+ carrier partners.Compensation, Broken DownAverage per sale: $800–$1,200Part-time year-one earnings: $50,000+Full-time year-one earnings: $80,000 to $300,000+Structure: 100% commission, no cap on earning potentialBeyond base commission, there are performance-based incentives for agents who reach certain production benchmarks, and pay is issued on a daily/weekly cadence rather than a delayed monthly cycle.What's Required to ApplyU.S.-based residencyAbility to pass a background checkA Life & Health insurance license, or genuine openness to getting one through our program — we'll walk you through exactly what's involvedThe Honest PitchThis is real, effort-based work with a genuinely uncapped pay structure, built specifically around people without existing insurance experience.
