As a Powder Coater & Galvanizer, you'll be preparing metal parts for finishing, ensuring quality, and supporting a busy production team. No powder coating or galvanizing experience? No problem! We're looking for dependable, physical workers who are eager to learn — and we'll provide the training needed to succeed. What You'll Do As a Powder Coater & Galvanizer, you will be responsible for Preparing metal parts for coating and finishing processes Hanging, un-racking, tagging, and organizing finished components Using hand tools, grinders, wire brushes, and other equipment to clean and finish metal parts Inspecting finished products and touching up areas as needed Helping ensure parts meet quality standards before they leave the facility Working alongside experienced team members to learn powder coating and galvanizing techniques Keeping your work area clean, organized, and safe What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic Willingness to learn new skills and follow directions Attention to detail and pride in quality work Ability to work safely in a hands-on manufacturing setting Manufacturing, production, painting, coating, or metalworking experience is a plus but not required Why You'll Love It in Harrisburg Four-day workweek — enjoy 3-day weekends every week!
