If so, we have an immediate opening for a NOC Shift Caregiver at ABridge Care Concepts, LLC!Why join our team?Enjoy the opportunity to work in a warm and friendly environment where residents feel independent and have access to assistance when needed.Be part of a caring and dedicated staff that encourages continued independence with customized care plans.Gain valuable experience in providing physical, occupational, and speech therapy on-site.Make a difference in the lives of individuals living with dementia by working at our ABridge Care Cottages, designed to meet their unique needs.As a NOC Shift Caregiver, your responsibilities will include:Providing personalized care and assistance to residents.Assisting with transportation arrangements and making appointments.Engaging residents in health promotional activities such as exercise groups and walking clubs.Administering prescribed medications and managing medication schedules.Communicating with physicians and other healthcare personnel.Implementing memory care and dementia-related behavioral interventions.Participating in functional maintenance programs as developed by therapists.Assisting with ambulation and mobility programs.Monitoring and addressing personal needs, such as bathing, dressing, and hygiene.Requirements:High school degree or equivalent.Prior experience in caregiving or a related field.Availability to work night shifts and weekends.Location: 1100 Baumeister Dr. Kewaunee, WI 54216If you are a caring and enthusiastic individual with a passion for providing exceptional care, we would love to hear from you.
