Job description
American Academy of Family Physicians in Fresno, California is seeking a nocturnist for a block-shift schedule with 5 pm–5 am and 7 pm–7 am shifts. The role is part of a large hospitalist program affiliated with an academic medical center offering residency and fellowship training.
The position includes a 7-days-on, 7-days-off rotation with moonlighting opportunities and an all-inclusive compensation package. Epic EMR will be used, with start dates in 2026 or early 2027.
