Job description
AOIA is seeking a Nocturnist for a growing Internal Medicine department at a Charlotte-area not-for-profit hospital recognized as a top hospital in the region. The facility supports a strong interdisciplinary team and a stable group of 40 hospitalists/nocturnists.
The position offers a 7on/7off schedule with a mix of 8- and 12-hour shifts, ensuring excellent life balance. Night coverage is managed by two nocturnist teams; there are no ICU procedures required and a competitive salary with bonuses
