Job description
Fresno is a city in California's San Joaquin Valley. It is part of a bustling metropolitan area of nearly a million people. Ideally located less than 60 miles from Yosemite, Sequoia, and Kings Canyon National Parks. Fresno is just a short drive from either Lake Tahoe's legendary skiing or walks on the beach in sunny southern California.
Nocturnist shifts: 5 pm - 5 am and 7 pm - 7 am block schedule
7-days-on, 7-days-off rotation with moonlighting opportunities
Competitive salary more than $375k, bonus incentives, and full benefits package
Large hospitalist program with 50 physicians and 10 APPs
Closed ICU environment; no procedures required
Academic medical center affiliation with residency and fellowship training
Epic EMR; IM or FM physicians to start in 2026 or early 2027
Active or pending California license required
