What We're Looking For
nNovant Health Kernersville Medical Center is seeking a compassionate and experienced Nocturnist to join our growing Hospital Medicine team. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a supportive, collaborative community hospital environment while enjoying a predictable 7-on/7-off schedule.
nOpportunity Highlights:
nnnProvide inpatient care at Novant Health Kernersville Medical Center
n
nnPractice in a community hospital setting with a closed ICU
n
nnJoin a collaborative and well-supported Hospital Medicine team
n
nnEnjoy a consistent nightshift schedule with a 7-on/7-off rotation and tele-hospitalist night cross coverage support
n
n nCandidate Qualifications:
nnnBoard-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine
n
nnStrong clinical, communication and teamwork skills
n
nnCommitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
n
n nResponsibilities & Duties:
nnnWork a dedicated nightshift schedule on a 7-on/7-off rotation
n
nnRemain onsite throughout the duration of each shift
n
nnProvide comprehensive inpatient care, including patient rounding, admissions and discharges
n
nnProvide comprehensive inpatient care, including admissions, ED consults and discharges
n
nnCollaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers and other members of the care team to ensure seamless, high-quality patient care
n
