Job description
Baptist Health Arkansas seeks four nocturnists for Baptist Health Medical Center in Little Rock, Arkansas. The positions offer a 7 on/7 off schedule from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. in a busy hospital with an ER handling over 64,000 visits per year.
Be/BC in Internal Medicine and Arkansas medical licensure are required. The role is employed by Arkansas Health Group (AHG) with eligibility for a J-1 waiver and a Fall 2026 start. Benefits include malpractice disability and retirement plans.
