nnJoin Prime Healthcare as a Nocturnist at Resurrection Medical Center, a vital community hospital in the Northwest Side of Chicago. Provide exceptional inpatient care during night shifts, ensuring continuity, rapid response, and high-quality outcomes for our patients when they need it most.
nResponsibilities
n Provide comprehensive inpatient care during overnight hours
7 on / 7 off schedule
Admit patients from the emergency department
Cross-cover and manage existing hospitalized patients
Respond to overnight clinical changes and rapid responses
Collaborate with nursing staff, specialists, and care teams
Ensure thorough documentation and effective handoffs
n nQualifications
n MD or DO degree from an accredited program
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Eligible for or active Illinois medical license
Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills

nPrime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. Our Total Rewards package includes, but is not limited to, paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and many more voluntary benefit options. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $330,000.00 to $350,000.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
