Job description
Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Group in San Diego and Sharp Chula Vista Medical Center is seeking a full-time nocturnist hospitalist. The position features night shifts on a 7-on/7-off schedule, admitting from 8pm to 4am with cap on admissions, and a team-oriented hospital setting.
Compensation includes a salary range of $300,000–$354,000+, with potential incentives, CME allowance and comprehensive benefits. PSLF eligibility and shareholder track are highlighted in the program benefits.
