Job description
Dignity Health Medical Group - Dominican in Santa Cruz, CA, seeks a Nocturnist ICU PA (APP) to deliver overnight critical care in our Dominican Hospital ICU. This role offers significant autonomy and close collaboration with on-call intensivists and the overnight team.
Compensation includes $200,000–$210,000 base plus 12-hour shifts across 167 annual rotations, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, CME allowance, and comprehensive benefits.
