Job description
MercyOne West Des Moines Medical Center is seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine physician to join its Hospitalist service as a Nocturnist. The role includes a base salary with incentives (+ a $50,000 sign-on bonus) and comprehensive benefits.
Expect night shifts with supportive APP coverage until midnight and open ICU with 24/7 Pulmonary Critical Care support. Compensation includes a base of $345,000 plus production incentives, relocation up to $15,000, paid malpractice with tail, and a 403B/457B
