Job description
Jackson Physician Search is assisting a premier California healthcare system in recruiting a BE/BC FP or IM to join a collegial group of 20 hospitalists in Monterey Bay. The nocturnist role offers a 7pm–7am schedule with 7 on/7 off, a strong compensation package with a quality bonus, and a comprehensive benefits plan in a resort-like coastal setting.
Expect a roughly $432k+ annual compensation with sign-on incentives and potential for extra shifts at time-and-a-half.
