AOIA in Monterey, California seeks a BE/BC FP or IM hospitalist for a nocturnist role with a 7 on/7 off schedule from 7pm to 7am. The position offers an hourly rate plus a quality bonus, targeting total compensation around $432k+ annually, and includes a $50k recruitment bonus.
