Nocturnist Needed in a North Boston Community Hospital
$330k - $345k/yr Your compensation offer will be calculated according to your experience, qualifications, and the complexity of the role. Shift length, call, and overtime may positively impact compensation. Please reach out to your consultant for more information.
Permanent
North Boston Community, Massachusetts
7 on, 7 off block schedule from 7 pm – 7 am for optimal work-life balance
Nocturnists do not respond to codes; ICU team handles all code responses
Lead Rapid Responses with resident support; 4 – 6 admissions staffed per night
Team of over 77 physicians and 29 advanced practitioners in a collegial division
Hospital-employed position at a tertiary care academic medical center in Massachusetts
Teaching role with Internal Medicine residents and medical students
IM or FM physicians, 2027 residents, H-1B visa sponsorship
