Job description
A healthcare organization in the Oklahoma City metro area is seeking aNocturnist to join an established inpatient team due to an ongoing clinical need. This is an excellent opportunity for Internal Medicine physicians seeking a predictable schedule, strong support, and a focused inpatient practice.
nnPosition Highlights
nn100% inpatient practice
n7-on/7-off schedule
nNight shift coverage (7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m)
nSolo physician coverage with Advanced Practice Provider support
nNo procedures required
nOpen ICU with tele-intensivist support
nEpic EMR
nStable patient volumes with seasonal variation
nNew graduates encouraged to apply
n nQualifications
nnBoard Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
nMD or DO
nInternal Medicine training required
nFamily Medicine candidates will not be considered
nMust be able to start by June 2027 or sooner
nVisa sponsorship is not available
n nPractice Environment
nnEstablished hospital medicine program
nAdvanced Practice Providers assist with admissions and overnight nursing calls
nOpen ICU model with specialist support available
