Job description
TeamHealth is seeking a nocturnist in San Jose, California for a full-time night-shift role at Regional Medical Center of San Jose. The position features a 7-on/7-off style schedule with night admits and cross-coverage.
Competitive compensation with an hourly base rate of $145–$169 and potential bonus through quality and RVU programs, plus a $50,000 sign-on bonus. TeamHealth provides comprehensive benefits, tail coverage, CME access, and in-house clinician support.
