Nocturnist Position
A Nocturnist will join an established inpatient program and provide excellent night‑time patient care. The role supports MD or DO physicians with broad‑based experience in internal medicine or family medicine.
Salary & Benefits
Base salary of $309,400 plus metric bonus
Commission bonus $10,000
Schedule: 7 on/7 off with an average of 15 patients and 3-5 admissions per night
36‑bed Med/Surg and 8‑bed AAU unit

Qualifications
MD or DO
Board certified or board eligible
Active, unrestricted medical license
Internal medicine (family medicine with 3 years of hospitalist experience)
Interest in pursuing procedural skills; training available for intubation, moderate sedation, central lines, and chest tube/thoracentesis
Acute Care Life Support (ACLS) required; training available if needed
DEA controlled substances registration required
Basic Life Support (BLS) preferred
Licensed physician required
Desired Experience
Over 5 years internal medicine experience preferred
Over 5 years family practice experience preferred
