We are hiring for a Nocturnist position. A Nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.
Local Team Collaboration:
We take pride in our well-established team of 16 Physicians and 6 APPs.
Work alongside highly trained specialists across the continuum of specialties.
Qualifications:
Board-certified or eligible in family medicine or internal medicine.
All levels of experience considered. New graduates, residents, and fellows are welcome to apply.

Scheduling:
Nocturnist shifts are set as 7 pm-7 am.
Block scheduling is best. The current cadence is 7 shifts on and 7 shifts off.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage admissions, cross-coverage calls, and Rapid Responses throughout the night in collaboration with the Advanced Practice Provider.
Open ICU with minimal expectation of our team - full critical care support.
No procedures or code blue response required.

The hospital is located on the lake and provides the opportunity to be a part of new growth and development: new residential communities, new schools, new shopping stores, or you can be just a few minutes from rural living. If you prefer to be closer to St Louis, that is an option too - and it is still an easy commute.
Louis Lampert International Airport offers easy access to international travel and is located approximately 30 minutes from the hospital.

Rewards and Compensation:
Full-time yearly base salary of $364,000.
Productive and quality incentives are provided in addition to the base salary.
Commencement bonus and relocation allowance provided.
