Job description
We are seeking a dedicated NocturnistPhysician to join a well-established hospital medicine team in Martinsburg,West Virginia. This locum tenens opportunity offers a consistent nightschedule, a collaborative clinical environment, and the chance to providehigh-quality inpatient care in a community-focused hospital.
Clinical Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive overnight care forhospitalized adult patients
Admit patients from the EmergencyDepartment and manage inpatient admissions
Perform history and physicalexaminations
Diagnose and treat acute and chronicmedical conditions
Respond to changes in patient conditionand overnight clinical needs
Collaborate with specialists, nursingstaff, and daytime hospitalists to ensure seamless continuity of care
Maintain accurate and timelydocumentation in the electronic medical record
Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in:
Internal Medicine, or
Family Medicine
Active West Virginia medical license
