Position
Division of Hospital Medicine at UMass Memorial Medical Center currently seeks a full-time nocturnist . The successful candidate will be board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine-Pediatrics. Consideration will be given to both experienced physicians and graduating residents/fellows.
Responsibilities
Teaching and non-teaching shifts; variable schedule depending on service.
Participate in career development and growth in non-clinical services such as research, quality improvement, and medical education.
Contribute to an environment of mentorship and support within the division.
Engage in activities that support transparency and faculty engagement.
Collaborate with the UMass Chan Medical School for longitudinal training, continuing education, access to technology, research, and clinical trials.
Join a large, integrated multispecialty group with opportunities within UMass Memorial Medical Group (Worcester).
Qualifications
Board certified or eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine-Pediatrics.
Open to experienced physicians and graduating residents/fellows.

Compensation and Location
Hiring Range: $245,000 – $287,000
Please note that the final offer may vary within this range based on a candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
