Nocturnist Physician
Responsibilities
Provide overnight inpatient care with a patient census of 5-8 per shift, perform standard procedures, and utilize EPIC electronic medical records. Support is provided by Nurse Practitioners during night shifts. Ensure high-quality patient management and compliance with medical standards.
Qualifications & Skills
Active Massachusetts medical license, Board Certification, BLS, ACLS, DEA credentials required. Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently are essential.
Key Duties
Cover night and day shifts, ensure patient safety, coordinate with healthcare team, and maintain accurate documentation. Credentialing completes within 30 days.
